Obama Foundation Leader

Aouatef is CEO and Founder of MuGen Lab, Maroc Impact, and Mdaif’IN / Inclu’HER. She is a social entrepreneur, board member, and expert in the deployment of sustainable and inclusive territorial development programs applied to new models of prosperity in Morocco & France.

Aouatef is a social Innovation advisor combining emerging technologies, particularly blockchain technology, with human-centered design, to create solutions to today’s major challenges. In 2018, Aouatef became a Fellow “Innovative Entrepreneurship and Inclusive Leadership” of the Edmond de Rothschild Foundations.

In 2022, Aouatef was selected to work with the Obama Foundation in the “Leaders Africa” ​​program. She is passionate about working towards an inclusive and sustainable society.

In Sept. 2022, Aouatef obtained her “Blockchain: Disruptive Technology” certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Aouatef received her degree in Accounting and Finance at E’cole Normale supe’rieure Paris-Scaclay and Cross-Cultural Leadership and Innovative Entrepreneurship from Edmond de Rothchild Foundations

Dr. Maïmonatou Mar

Obama Foundation Leader

Maïmonatou Mar, PhD is a Co-Founder and COO of Gribouilli, the first vocational organization to support and empower women working as nannies in France and its subsidiary cooperative. Along with her mother Aminata Diouf, a senior nanny, Mar has built a network of more than 1000 women and established partnerships with major public and private stakeholders. Mar believes that bottom-up initiatives and cooperative models have the power to revive democratic and economic governance. She has launched the French Chapter of RadicalxChange where she often applies systems thinking she has learned from her previous experience in STEM. Mar has also received recognition for her work on social justice. She is an Obama Foundation Leader and Board Member of various French foundations who emphasizes social innovation.
